1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tid777 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tid777 platform, including the website at tid777.com and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on the tid777 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

tid777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the tid777 Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. tid777 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. tid777 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all locations. You agree that you will not use the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

2.3 Account Requirements

• Each player may register only one (1) account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not register or use an account on behalf of any other person.
• Accounts are personal to the registered user and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any third party.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. tid777 accepts no liability for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

In accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and anti-money laundering requirements, tid777 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Withdrawal functionality will not be activated until KYC verification is successfully completed.

You may be required to provide the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or current passport.
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account, bank account, or card used for deposits.

tid777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend or close accounts where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Funds held in unverified accounts may be retained pending investigation in cases where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your tid777 account may be made via the accepted payment methods displayed in the Platform cashier, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless a cryptocurrency option is selected.

tid777 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be refunded and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, subject to availability.
• Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification (see Section 3).
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change.
• tid777 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to six (6) hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa, and on the same business day (prior to 3pm PKT) for bank transfer requests.
• tid777 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

4.3 Currency

Unless otherwise specified, all account balances, bets, winnings, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). tid777 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations in cases where a player's payment provider applies currency conversion at their end.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

tid777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, or other incentives ("Promotions") to registered players. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that Promotion.

• Promotions are available to eligible players only, as determined by tid777 at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements, if applicable, must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each Promotion's individual terms.
• tid777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or fraudulently obtain Promotions — including through the creation of multiple accounts or collusive play — will result in immediate forfeiture of all associated funds and permanent account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the tid777 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports betting market. These game-specific rules are available within each respective game or betting section of the Platform.

• Finality of Bets: Once confirmed, bets cannot be amended or cancelled by the player except where explicitly permitted by tid777's in-play cash-out functionality (where available).
• System Errors: tid777 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or software malfunction. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Maximum Winnings: tid777 may apply maximum single-bet and cumulative daily winnings caps as displayed within the Platform. Winnings exceeding applicable caps may be reduced to the capped amount at tid777's discretion.
• Suspicious Betting Patterns: Bets identified as potentially fraudulent, manipulated, or placed in connection with match-fixing or other integrity violations will be voided and may be referred to relevant authorities.
• Network and Connectivity: tid777 is not responsible for bets not received or recorded due to player-side internet disconnection. It is the player's responsibility to ensure a stable connection.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tid777 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Registering more than one account (whether under your own identity or a false identity).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.

• Using automated software, bots, AI systems, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tid777 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, images, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall layout and design of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of tid777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. No rights are granted to you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of tid777.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Responsible Gaming

• Any losses resulting from your own failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Any losses resulting from delays in transaction processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, or banking institutions.

tid777's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your tid777 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

tid777 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• The player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
• KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed;
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more;
• Required by any applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any amounts legitimately withheld under these Terms) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable withdrawal procedures.
